Epoka University is a private non-profit university founded in 2007 in Tirana, Albania. It received full accreditation in 2011.[3]
Epoka University is one of the highest ranking among Albania's 40 universities[4] and has signed MoUs with universities in the USA, UK, Italy, Poland, Turkey, and Montenegro.
Epoka University has two faculties, the Faculty of Architecture and Engineering and the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, and seven academic departments:

Epoka University has 800 students, including 200 graduate students. It attracts students from Albania and the Balkan region, including Turkey, Kosovo, Montenegro, and Macedonia. The university is currently growing. However, its founders' concept is for Epoka to remain a small boutique university with a maximum of 2000 students.
Most faculty members come from abroad. The language of instruction is English. The study programs are compatible with the Bologna system.
The main Rinas campus is located 12 km from the city center, near the Tirana International Airport. A smaller affiliated campus is located at Zogu i Zi, 1 km from the city center.
